Specialist Decoration - Spray Finishes

Some projects have large, intricate or contemporary areas which are more suited to spray application techniques as opposed to the traditional brushed finish.

Specialist Decoration - Sprayed Applied FinishesWe are able to apply various sprayed finishes for these projects when required either due to time restraints or as the most suitable process of application for ornate work.

Sprayed finishes can also be employed for items of furniture and intricate joinery or items such as ornate school radiators. Large ornate and intricate fibrous plaster mouldings can be sprayed for time saving, and when skilfully sprayed a finer coat of paint can be achieved as opposed to a brush finish.

The final coat of paint is always hand brush applied when working on period or historic finishes. Our spray systems (both air and pressure) are sensitively used in the creation/application/installation of our finishes without compromise to any of the finished designs.

Off site/factory/workshop sprayed finishes

We have relationships with trusted spray shops for specialist workshop finishes. Some finishes need to be sprayed in a purpose built workshop environment, such as high sheen lacquers and two part acid catalyst finishes.

The solvents are too strong for most sites and require the proper extraction systems. These finishes are extremely hardwearing solvent-based.

They can be used for furniture such as kitchens and wood finishes where a high lacquered sheen is required. Because of the off site conditions a super smooth surface can be created in both high sheen, satin and matt finishes.
