14 of the HVART team travel to Montenegro to carry out various designs & finishes to the interior of a grand villa on the Adriatic. The commission included painted faux stone, marble & wood finishes, a painted faux mosaic ceiling mural, a grand staircase railings & antiqued joinery through out. The interior joinery all existed in a quarter oak with a dark red stain. To lighten the feel the design team (Vakis Associates & Thesis Design) requested this be treated to a lighter colour with an antiqued finish. The wooden columns were filled smooth & painted in a faux marble and polished. The plaster walling in the stone galleried hallways was painted in stone blocks to create a harmony (Commissioned by Vakis Associates & Thesis Design)
