V&A restoration/faux marbling commission

Date: 1/6/2006

We are commissioned by the Victoria and Albert Museum to restore the faux painted marble in the Gamble room which was originally installed in 1859 by Giovanni Maria Benzoni. The finish was to be carried around the new door architraves and  through to newly created areas. We were also required to restore the ceiling finish in the Morris room that had been damaged due to old condemned wiring being removed. Our quick drying remedies were used as the museum had to be re-opened after lengthy building works.
